Yes! This rehab glove is specifically designed for hand recovery after a stroke. Many customers have seen great results, whether training one finger, several fingers, or the whole hand. As always, please consult your doctor first.​

Can the glove be used for other hand-related conditions?​

The glove may assist with certain hand rehabilitation needs, but suitability depends on your specific condition.

  • Suitable conditions: Stroke recovery, traumatic brain injury (TBI), ALS, spinal cord injury, AVM rupture, radial nerve palsy, general hand weakness, cases where there is some ability to squeeze/close the hand, and minimal to no hand tightness/spasticity.
  • Unsuitable conditions: Severe hand joint deformities, moderate to severe hand swelling, open wounds on the hand, and moderate to severe hand tightness/spasticity.
How do I choose the size?

Choose your size using our size chart, based on your hand measurements. This glove runs small compaire to normal glove size. The material has some elasticity, but if your measurement matches the chart exactly, we recommend sizing up for a better fit. It fits snugly without feeling tight, staying comfortable during use.​

Is there a Free Trial?

What are the shipping time and shipping fee?

Order processing typically takes 1–3 working days (excluding weekends and holidays). For shipping time: it takes 2–7 days for deliveries to the US and European countries, while international shipping (excluding the US and Europe) takes 7–20 days. Can this glove be used for contracture of several fingers?​

Yes. The Automatic Hand Robotic Gloves are designed to help with finger contractures. They feature independent air valves for customized training—you can train one finger at a time or several target fingers by simply touching the control panel to select which ones to focus on. This supports essential stretching and bending movements to improve hand mobility.​

Does it work automatically, or do I have to move my hand manually?​

It works fully automatically. The glove employs pneumatic pressure to gently open and close your fingers, requiring no manual effort from you during therapy. Please note: For mirror therapy mode, you will need to use your unaffected hand to initiate the movements for the impaired hand.​

Can the glove be used for people with limited hand movement?​

Yes, it’s designed for those with limited hand movement. The automatic air-driven movement helps gently stretch and exercise the hand, supporting mobility improvement.​

Does it work individually without mirroring?​

Yes, it works individually without mirroring. Each glove operates independently, allowing you to train one hand at a time without the other hand needing to mirror movements.​

Product Usage Questions

How long should I use the glove each day?​

The default setting for each training session is 20 minutes, but this duration can vary based on your individual recovery needs. We suggest starting with one session per day initially, then gradually increasing the frequency later depending on your comfort level and progress.

Is this painful to use?

In most cases, no. The robot glove uses soft air chambers to move with adjustable tension, so it’s designed to feel comfortable. However, if your hand is already in pain, you might feel discomfort.

How long does it take to charge?

Normally, a full charge takes about 2 hours. You’ll know it’s time to charge when the battery has only one cell remaining and the battery level light starts blinking. During charging, the charging light on the control panel will turn red; once fully charged, this light will turn off.

How long does it last per charge?

Generally, it can be used 5-6 sessions (20 minutes each session) per full charge.

Can I use it when driving?​

Don't use the glove while driving. For safe, effective training, stay at home and avoid other activities during sessions—though watching TV is fine.​

Can the glove be washed?​

To keep your glove in good condition, please avoid washing it with water, as this could damage the internal pump. Instead, we recommend wiping the surface gently with a dry cloth.​

How long does it take to see results with this glove?​

Results vary by individual, depending on factors like condition severity and consistency of use. Many users notice improvements within a few weeks.​

What is the return policy?

How is the 30-day free trial period calculated?

The 30-day free trial period starts on the first day your order shows "delivered" in the logistics tracking system. If you need to return the product for a refund, please contact us within this 30-day window and ship the product to the warehouse designated by our customer service team.​

For example: If logistics tracking shows your order was delivered on 20th of August, you must ship the product back by 19th September (within 30 days) to be eligible for a refund. Please contact our customer service in advance to arrange the return/exchange process.

When will I get my refund?

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of inspection approval. The refund amount will include the product price and original shipping fee (only if the return is due to our error).
